Built in 1915, this adaptive reuse project contributes to the surrounding historic Upper Market Street neighborhood.
Designed for single tenant occupancy, the stand-alone brick and timber building features abundant skylights, exposed sandblasted brick, natural wood ceiling trusses, polished concrete floors, and new storefront entries.
