Martin Building Company led the transformation of the school’s underutilized lower-level space and reduced construction costs by $1.76M, to develop a state-of-the art performing and visual arts and athletic center. The new center includes a welcome center, black box theater, digital film studio, music practice and recording studio, and a large-scale performance space and gymnasium. Students no longer have to traverse the city to leased and loaned practice and performances spaces, and Sterne realizes savings of nearly $70,000 a year with its new home facilities.
