Hashiri San Francisco embraces the spirit derived from its original location in Tokyo, Japan.
A luxury dining destination located on Mint Plaza, Hashiri San Francisco showcases Japan’s richest seasonal ingredients. Led by Executive Sushi Chef Tokunori Mekaru, the restaurant features 42 seats and a vaulted sushi counter serving nigiri-style sushi made from premium fish flown in directly from Tsukiji Market with one of the city’s most versatile wine and sake programs. The dining room is both serene and playful in an ultra-modern manner, featuring a symbolic video art installation that offers diners visions of the changing seasons. Hashiri was awarded a Michelin Star in 2018.
