Located in the Arc Light Co. building at 178 Townsend, Saison is a modern American restaurant focused around wood fire cooking of seasonal ingredients. The exquisite space features a 35’ barrel ceiling, exposed redwood beams and brick walls, a pristine open kitchen, intimate dining room and bar, and a custom-designed wood-burning hearth. Founded by executive chef, Joshua Skenes, and wine director, Mark Bright, Saison earned the highest rating of three stars from the Michelin Guide in 2014.
